Building the Business Case for OPA

Learn to build a lifecycle business case for Open Process Automation that stands up in a capital review. Twenty video lessons (about two hours) cover lifecycle cost modelling, NPV/IRR/payback, sensitivity analysis, OPA-aligned procurement and presenting to executives. Each lesson ends with a knowledge check.

Your Instructor

Trevor Cusworth brings 47 years of process manufacturing experience, spanning ICI, Imperial Oil, Aspen Technology, Invensys, Deloitte and Schneider Electric. He co-founded Collaborative Systems Integration (CSI), a vendor-neutral automation consultancy, and co-chairs Marketing & Outreach for the Open Process Automation Forum, having served as Forum Co-Chair from 2017 to 2023.
